Host an Information Table or Donation Drive

Use library space to publicize your U-M department, recognized student organization, service, event, or initiative.

We offer space at no charge in Bert's Study Lounge and the Shapiro Lobby: a high-traffic, cross-disciplinary student space just inside the Shapiro Library.

Staff an information table

Use an information table to distribute information, promote an upcoming event, or otherwise engage with undergraduate students.

Request a time for an information table at least 3 business days in advance to be considered. You can use a table for up to 4 hours per day and a total of 8 hours per month, per student organization or initiative.

Hold a donation drive

Collect materials for a donation drive.  

Request a time to host a drive at least 3 business days in advance to be considered. Slots are for maximum of 2 weeks and limited to one drive per month, per student organization or initiative.
